Exercise Grid
Exercises are aligned in an exercise grid. Each row can contain a maximum of three exercises. Columns represent training rounds.
Workouts
You can generate Workouts by tapping the speed dial on the training screen, selecting "Workouts" and tapping the name of the Workout you want to generate.
By doing so the Workout generator will generate a specific order of exercises with a fixed category for each card-slot. Exercises are also only generated for slots that are occupied by a card when the Workout is created.
You can use the generated Workout as a basis, if you like the generated exercises or adapt them as much as you like. When tapping a card, the exercise selector will always show the underlying category first. So customizing your Workout for your daily training is simple, after you start off with a generated one.
The "Quick" workout type for example generates a workout where each round starts with a "cardio" exercise, followed by a "legs" exercise, a "chest" exercise, a "core" exercise, a "back" exercise and a "chest" exercise again.
In the image below Because the "Same exercise each row" checkbox was checked (which is the default) so the Workout generator created the same exercise for each round when the Workout was created.
You can either use the predefined Workouts or lay out exercises as you want and store the order and category of exercise in one of your own Workouts. This works even with on an individual card level: The Workout generator will respect the category of each individual card but choose a random exercise each time you generate a new Workout.
Plan
Plans let you store a specific order of exercises and exercise configuration for a later use. When you create a Plan a "snapshot" of the current exercise order and exercise configuration (weight, reps, time) is taken. When you click on a stored plan, in the "Plan" menu from the speed dial, the plan will be restored.
